Our approach assumes that everyone is capable of being a productive and valuable member of an organization. We believe what gets in the way is the structures and processes that suppress agency and creativity within organizations.
Though not everyone can pursue exactly what motivates them all the time. We can create an environment where people are deliberately and voluntarily pursuing goals that benefit the group.
